Return Policy:

We hope you love your order! But if you’re not 100% satisfied, you have 7 days from the delivery date to submit a return request, and 14 days total for us to receive your return at our Fulfillment Center.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Submit a return request within 7 days of delivery: Click here to request.
  2. Enter the email used at checkout.
  3. You’ll receive a verification code to confirm your identity.
  4. Select the item(s) you’d like to return and submit the request.
  5. We’ll review and send an approval or denial email.
  6. If approved, follow the return instructions in the email.
  7. Ship the item using your preferred carrier. You are responsible for return shipping costs. (We only provide return labels if you received the wrong or damaged item.)

Refund Method:

  • Áo Dài, Áo Bà Ba → Refunded to original payment method.
  • Women’s fashion, Linen items, etc → Store credit only (applied to your next order).

Return Requirements:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping Fee:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to an error on our part, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.

Important Notes:

  • Returns are only accepted once per order.
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return unless wrong or damaged.
  • No exchanges due to limited stock. We recommend placing a new order after your return is approved.

Damaged or Wrong Items:

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately at: contact@viethuongcollectionusa.com or 888-878-5162 so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-made, personalized, perishable, personal care, and hazardous items cannot be returned. Contact us if you’re unsure about your item’s eligibility.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get an email confirmation. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method or store credit. Please allow time for your bank or credit card to process the refund.

Note on Discount Code Use for Returned Orders:

  • Loyalty points earned from returned orders will be deducted.
  • Discount codes from the loyalty program are one-time use and cannot be reused after a refund.
