We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. As soon as you decide to request a return and the return process must be fully exercised within 14 days from the from the date of the order being delivered to you (as shown in your original order’s tracking details) to the date that we receive your Returning Item(s) at our Fulfillment Center.

***Please note that if your order is under $90 after the return, an $8 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount to help cover the shipping costs we paid to send you the item you're returning.

How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?

- Submit your return request within 7 days from the date of  the order being delivered to you (as shown in your order’s tracking details). After these 7 days, we will have to reject your request to prevent any breach of our policy and ensure fair use.

3. We will send a verification code to verify your identify.
4. Choose item you would like to return, and submit request.
5. Approve or decline email for your return request will be sent to your email after we review your request.
6. If your return was approved, please follow instruction on your email to complete your return.

7. Kindly ship it using a carrier of your choice, and you will be responsible for the associated charges. (Return labels will be supplied exclusively if you have received an incorrect or damaged product).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We won’t provide return label unless you received wrong or damage product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

An order is eligible for a return request only once.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. No exchange or replacement due to limitation of quantity  


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
